Adam Was Wonderful
I could never had set my crm, FB ads manager, createand adjustmy ads, calendar, my Canva presentation, zoom set up, understand the RecoDemand dashboard, web launcher, etc if it weren't for Adam. He was wonderful and answered all my 100s of questions. I have only done 2 webinars so far. I am doing seller seminars which have a different setup and target a different audience. I am doing another seller seminar on Thursday and right now I have 5 attendees. The Tuesday and Thursday Reco help sessions have been very helpful as well! Joining the Inner Circle was one of my the best decisions.

I’ve had a really great experience with RecoDemand so far. Devin was the main person who helped me get everything set up for my webinars, and he did an amazing job. He was friendly, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Since getting started, I’ve generated a lot of leads and have already had success from the platform. While I’m still working toward my first closing, I currently have three clients who have signed working agreements with me, and I’m actively helping them find homes right now. One of the best parts of working with RecoDemand is the ongoing support. I can still reach out anytime for help or guidance, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and I’m excited to see the continued results.

I’ve Had Two Webinar So Far
I’ve had two webinar so far and we’ve had about six appointments and we’re working with those. I think one may possibly to my turn into something within the end of the year so I’m excited about it getting ready to launch my third webinar. Love love the system.

I've been using RECO for a bit now and it's solid. The initial bootcamp with Stacy really helped me rethink how to scale my business. It took a few weeks to get everything built out, but their account manager Aya was super patient and handled the CRM and funnel setup for us. We've already hosted two live webinars and have more scheduled. It's been great for getting high-quality leads in the pipeline—definitely seeing some good traction for the coming year.

What stands out most about RECODemand is the support system. As someone who wanted to improve their tech-savviness, the community and resources have been invaluable. It’s given me the 'can-do' attitude I needed to execute my buyer seminars with total confidence. Glad to have been paired with Ash as my trainer, and new community member mentor. He was incredibly patient and supportive, walking me through every technical step to ensure I was fully prepared and confident to lead my buyer seminars.

I’ve been a member of RECO Demand for the past 12 months, and during that time I’ve hosted eight First-Time Homebuyer webinars using the program. Every single one has been a great success. On average, I’ve had 40–50 people register for each webinar, with 20–25 attendees showing up live — and even more impressively, every attendee stayed on for the full 45-minute presentation. I typically run the webinar for about an hour total, with 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of Q&A, and the engagement has been fantastic. This program has been a great tool for connecting with potential buyers, providing value, and building relationships. I’m also now exploring additional webinar topics because of how well this format has worked. Overall, this program is excellent and has been very effective for my business.

I've completed 3 webinars with an average of 43 registrations per webinar and 11 attendees. I've scheduled an average of 3 bookings per webinar DURING the webinar, and I have been able to double that by setting additional meetings by calling those who attended but did not book after the webinar. My team has called the people who registered but did not attend and have had some additional success. We've not gotten anything closed yet, but we have taken a few applications and gotten one of those preapproved. It's early, but I'm optimistic about where this is going. Adam Gilmore was my trainer, and he was exceptional. I felt very prepared, and I felt like he really set me up for success. He was easy to work with and very attentive. I felt like he genuinely cared about my success. I'm still learning a lot. I feel great giving my presentation, but I still have a lot to learn before I am technically proficient navigating Canva, doing facebook ads, etc. I'm committed to putting in the work to get better though because I can see what success could look like with this system. Here we go!

I love the webinar platform, and have had a steady flow of fresh leads. Everyone that signs up for the seminar is a warm lead, they are looking to move but have questions. I would highly recommend RecoDemand. Their staff is very helpful and they get you up and running quickly. I could have NEVER figured out the HighLevel platform with out them.

So I have now had two webinars and I’m so impressed with the system how it is working, all the help I got from Alessandra in setting everything up and getting us going and yeah I can’t wait to have our next webinar. I believe this is going be a great profitable addition to my business. I've been using RECO for a bit now and it's legit. Did two webinars so far and ended up with 14 one-on-one sessions. Already have one client signing tomorrow and another getting their pre-approval sorted. My account manager Alessandra was super helpful throughout the setup and even joined the live sessions to help manage things. The twice-weekly training sessions are actually worth attending too. It's a solid way to get face time with motivated people in your market without just chasing cold leads.

From my experience, the biggest result has been the ability to consistently generate qualified investor conversations at scale. In a traditional model, you’re having one-on-one conversations to build relationships. With webinars, you’re building authority and trust with a large audience simultaneously, which accelerates the entire process. I’ve been working with the Harsh Gahunia and the support has been solid in terms of providing the framework and structure for running the webinars effectively. From my perspective, the real opportunity is continuing to optimize the webinar system—both from a messaging and conversion standpoint—to maximize the outcomes from each session.

I attended a live webinar myself and was totally impressed. I saw the potential of adding value to buyers who attend. I signed up for the inner circle and received the complete package from RECO DEMAND along with training to launch my own webinar. My trainer's name is Jon V and he spent hours with me teaching me everything about the system and walking me through the process of preparing my presentation and launching my advertising campaign. I had twenty five buyers sign up with phone numbers and email addresses, and five of them booked a one on one call. I'm currently working on those initial consultations, and have just launched my second ad campaign for my next webinar. I'll follow-up with the results once I have approved the buyers and have contracts in place, but I am very excited to see what the future holds for me as I improve my presentation skills and increase my conversion rate. I highly recommend this program.
