I’ve been a member of RECO Demand for the past 12 months, and during that time I’ve hosted eight First-Time Homebuyer webinars using the program. Every single one has been a great success. On average, I’ve had 40–50 people register for each webinar, with 20–25 attendees showing up live — and even more impressively, every attendee stayed on for the full 45-minute presentation. I typically run the webinar for about an hour total, with 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of Q&A, and the engagement has been fantastic. This program has been a great tool for connecting with potential buyers, providing value, and building relationships. I’m also now exploring additional webinar topics because of how well this format has worked. Overall, this program is excellent and has been very effective for my business.
