Review & moderation policy
This policy describes how reviews are accepted, edited, displayed, and removed on RECODemand Reviews.
Who can submit a review
Anyone who has worked with RECODemand in any capacity may submit a review. We accept both positive and critical feedback.
What we edit
We may correct typos, fix obvious formatting issues, and adjust headlines for clarity. We never change the rating, the sentiment, or the substance of a reviewer's words.
What we reject
- Submissions that are clearly fake, generated, or duplicated
- Personal attacks, defamation, or content that identifies third parties without consent
- Confidential client data or anything that violates an NDA
- Content that violates applicable law
What we never do
- We do not write reviews or generate them with AI
- We do not pay for reviews, and we do not condition publication on a positive rating
- We do not bury, hide, or de-rank critical or low-star reviews
- We do not fabricate ratings, screenshots, or proof
Company response
RECODemand may post a single public response below any review. The response is shown alongside the review and clearly labeled.
Removal requests
Reviewers may request removal or correction of their own review at any time by contacting us. We process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
How these reviews are verified
Reviews are submitted by clients or past clients. Proof of purchase may be uploaded during submission. Moderators may edit spelling or formatting, but do not change the reviewer's rating, meaning, or sentiment. Read the full verification process.
