What we collect

When you submit a review we collect your name, email, optional phone and company, profession, location, the review content, and proof of purchase or service files you upload.

Why we collect proof documents

Proof files (invoices, agreements, screenshots, etc.) are used solely to verify that you have a genuine relationship with RECODemand. They are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket.

Who can access proof files

Only authorized moderators on the external review moderation team can view your uploaded proof files. They are never publicly displayed by default. We will only display a proof file publicly if you have given explicit, separate permission.

Deletion requests

You can request deletion of your review and uploaded proof at any time by contacting us via the Contact page.
