How RECODemand reviews are verified

Every review on this site goes through the same four-step process before it appears publicly. Nothing is auto-published, and nothing is generated by AI on the reviewer's behalf.

1. Submission

The reviewer fills out a public form with their name, profession, location, rating, and review. They confirm the experience is their own.

2. Proof of relationship

Reviewers may upload proof of purchase or proof of service — an invoice, agreement, payment confirmation, or account screenshot. Reviews where a human has inspected that proof are marked Verified. Reviews without inspected proof are marked Not verified and remain visible.

3. Human moderation

Every submission lands in a private moderation queue. An admin reads the review, checks any uploaded proof, and approves or rejects it. We may edit headlines and formatting for clarity only — never the rating, sentiment, or substance.

4. Publication

Approved reviews are published with the reviewer's chosen display name (full name, first name + last initial, or initials). RECODemand may post a public response to any review.
