Extremely thorough training that exceeded my expectations
My trainer was Harsh Gahunia. The training was extremely thorough, and the explanations helped a lot. Nothing comes to mind that I disliked, and I am not sure at this point how the program could be improved. I am confident in setting up new webinars on my own, though I will need to review the recordings. The program fulfilled my expectations from the initial demo and even exceeded them. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn how much is packed into this CRM and the program in general. It's fantastic.
